Details THE BUDGET FOR THIS PROJECT HAS BEEN SIGNED OFF AND IS PROCEEDING. This is a genuine opportunity to work on the Infrastructure works for a major project in Abu Dhabi including Roads, Major tunnels for 8 lane dual carriageways and 4 rail lines, Waterways & Water features, 35 Bridges (Concrete and Steel spans), 14 Light Railway Stations and all Services (including HV & LV/Fibre Optic/Clean, Dirty & Irrigation Water). This infrastructure package is in excess of 25 Billion DHS (c£350 Million Sterling) alone and will be delivered in an intensive 3 years period. Role You will be able to use your Civil Engineering background to manage all projects affected by the civil Engineering works. Strong, persuasive, negotiation and management skills will be required to ensure the smooth running and continued cooperation of all involved with the overall project. This infrastructure package is in excess of 25 Billion DHS (c£350 Million Sterling) alone and will be delivered in an intensive 3 years period. The Candidate will have a thorough working understanding of healthcare procurement including detailed knowledge healthcare design and specifications with key design and construction management experience and as a minimum have a thorough working knowledge of the design & construction process including the associated procurement route (JCT D&B, FIDIC, NEC and/or ECP/Turnkey). It is a mandatory requirement for eth is position for the applicant to be member of the RICS and beneficial to be FRICS.
